Famed record producer and mixer Mark Needham launched E.O.M. Records (Evolution Of Man), an artist development extension and record label. E.O.M.’s first artist is San Diego alternative/pop newcomers Almost Monday in partnership with Hollywood Records/Disney Music Publishing. Almost Monday’s single “Broken People” broke top alternative radio charts and playlists last month and continues to climb. Needham is no stranger to artist development having discovered and developed several new artists including The Killers, Neon Trees, Imagine Dragons and others. “I came up in the music scene and still get really excited when I hear a new artist with that spark. I think every producer makes their own luck when they take a new act to the next level.” – Mark Needham
